this scene from the office has literally plagued my entire existence. anytime i see anyone in tv shows or movies through blinds, or even so much as see someone in real life through blinds, i’m ASSAULTED with this image instantaneously. it has made it physically IMPOSSIBLE to even so much as look outside through horizontal blinds without jim halpert’s face burrowing it’s way out of my subconsciousness. i am doomed to live a long, miserable, sad life of curtains and vertical blinds lest the cruel, icy taunt of horizontal blinds sting me again with the smug image of jim halpert’s grin.
